Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
• 5+ years of experience in architecture leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Member-first mindset with a passion for improving digital health experiences
• Outcome-driven and pragmatic; balances innovation with delivery
