Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, or analytics solution development in the healthcare data and analytics space.
- 8+ years of experience in delivering impactful analytics projects and solutions
- Deep understanding of existing landscape of data and analytics product offerings that support pharmaceutical and life sciences space
- Experience in using pharma industry data products e.g. IQVIA, Symphony health, to generate insights and recommendations.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts through visuals.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence executive leadership decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, unstructured problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
