Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to provide Level 1-3 support for critical myPBM business applications, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve daily production issues, and drive process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application production support (Level 1–3), incident management, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems.
- 3+ years of Software Development Engineering experience using Java, Oracle, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- 2+ Experience with distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies (Azure and GCP).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
