Software Development Engineer

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the Application Production Support Team, providing Level 1-3 support for critical myPBM business applications. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of systems that directly serve our PBM business customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application production support (Level 1–3), incident management, and troubleshooting of enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of Software Development Engineering experience using Java, Oracle, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 2+ Experience with distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies (Azure and GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
