Join CVX Ventures as a Sales Leader in Sweden and build and lead our Swedish sales operation in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and completing deals on time.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience preferably within venture capital, rapidly growing startups or dynamic environments
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- High work morale and sense of urgency
- Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create collaboration and trust between people, as well as winning the trust of business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at the management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new operations
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
