As Sales Director, you will build up and lead our Swedish sales operation in Stockholm, responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and completing deals on time. You will have a hands-on role with a great deal of responsibility and opportunities for personal development and growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups or dynamic environments
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- High work morale and 'sense of urgency'
- Exceptional drive and willingness to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, and win the trust of business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at management and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new businesses
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
