We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden, responsible for building and leading our Swedish sales operation in Stockholm, with a passion for venture capital and a strong sales background.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- High work morale and 'sense of urgency'
- Exceptional drive and willingness to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create cooperation and trust between people, as well as win trust from business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at management and board levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Modesty and a passion for building and developing new businesses
- Fluent Swedish and English
- A strong plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
