Floor Technician

Clean and care for a variety of floor surfaces—like tile, vinyl, carpet, and concrete—using the right methods for each. This includes regular sweeping, mopping, and scheduled deep cleaning to keep floors looking their best.Operate floor care machines such as buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, burnishers, and vacuums to complete daily and project-based tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 custodian/janitorial experience.
• Strong attention to detail—takes pride in clean, polished results.
• Good time management—can stay on task and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated—able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player—works well with others to complete larger projects.
• Clear communication—can report issues and follow directions.
• Positive attitude—takes ownership of the job and stays professional.
• Passing a security clearance and maintaining it throughout employment.
