Job Description
We are seeking a Floor Technician with at least 1 year of experience to keep our spaces spotless. The job involves cleaning and caring for various floor surfaces, operating floor care machines, and performing advanced floor care services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working as a commercial floorcare technician, janitor, or similar role.
- Experience using floor care machines like buffers, auto-scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
- Knowledge of floor types (tile, vinyl, carpet, concrete) and how to clean and maintain each properly.
- Valid RealID
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
