Job Description
We are seeking a Luxury Automotive Brand Evaluator to join our CXG community. As a luxury automotive experience evaluator, you will visit premium dealerships and evaluate the customer journey, providing expert feedback to help the world's most prestigious automotive brands perfect their experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Existing client of premium and luxury brands
- Not employed by any retail brand to maintain integrity
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant, passionate about the customer experience
