Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist (Fluent Japanese speaker)

We are looking for a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to work with us remotely, responsible for leading and managing the full acquisition process for Evaluators in Japan, designing, testing, and scaling acquisition channels, and combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• 3+ years in growth, recruiting, and community engagement in Japan
• Native-level Japanese and strong business English
• Hands-on experience in university/campus recruiting or gig/platform or marketplace recruiting
• Experience with influencer/social media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and marketing tools
