As the Founding Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the Middle East, you will be a key technical leader responsible for helping launch and scale Cyberhaven in the region, starting with Saudi Arabia. You will serve as the technical partner to Enterprise Sales and Channel teams, working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of Cyberhaven’s modern data protection platform.
Requirements
- Support Enterprise Sales in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production handoff for large, complex enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees)
- Act as a founding SE in the Middle East, helping shape technical sales motions, best practices, and regional go-to-market strategy
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical messaging that clearly differentiate Cyberhaven from legacy and competitive solutions
- Enable, train, and support channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and systems integrators, in a channel-driven sales model
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to ensure successful joint selling and technical alignment
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback on feature capabilities, gaps, and regional requirements
- Support endpoint deployments and customer onboarding as needed in early-stage regional builds
