Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CSM in a tech-focused environment (MSP-preferred)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of IT systems and platforms
- Experience providing end-user technical support
- Certifications: A+, Security+, Network+, AZ-900, CISM, CCNA
