Helpdesk Engineer

CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to support project and deployment tasks in support of CyberSheath Managed Services clients' onboarding and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will engage new clients, implement CyberSheath solutions, and address any potential gaps in their IT systems.

Requirements

• Provision and deliver computer systems and services
• Perform migrations to Office 365 and Azure
• Design and deliver secure cloud solutions
• Deploy and maintain tools and monitoring agents
• Track all activities and detailed case notes
