Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft/M365 Application Suite
- Familiarity with networking concepts and principles
- Expertise in Managing Anti-Virus Solutions
- Familiarity with FTP Administration, Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Active Directory and backup solutions
- Proven expertise in managing File Server and Share Administration
- Experience with Linux, Unix, and MacOS is a plus
- ITIL v3 qualification is preferred
