Requirements

• Manage HR relevant topics related to the employee lifecycle—hires, changes, exits—while keeping everything compliant and smooth
• Dive into business data and trends to offer insights and smart, data-driven HR recommendations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like our General Managers and Sales Area Managers
• Partner with our HR specialists (payroll, recruitment, etc.) to roll out company-wide initiatives and programs
• Keep an eye on compliance and policies while being a helpful point of contact for employees with HR questions
• Get involved in rolling out global HR projects and initiatives that shape the future of how we work
