Requirements
- Manage HR relevant topics related to the employee lifecycle—hires, changes, exits—while keeping everything compliant and smooth
- Dive into business data and trends to offer insights and smart, data-driven HR recommendations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like our General Managers and Sales Area Managers
- Partner with our HR specialists (payroll, recruitment, etc.) to roll out company-wide initiatives and programs
- Keep an eye on compliance and policies while being a helpful point of contact for employees with HR questions
- Get involved in rolling out global HR projects and initiatives that shape the future of how we work
