Job Description
Lead Solution Engineer Web & Mobile to lead a team of Software Engineers / Developers in Ecommerce, Mobile Apps, and Internal Web Applications. Drive tech delivery, solution architecture, and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Leading a team of Software Engineers / Developers
- Drive the Tech Delivery and End-to-End Solution Architecture
- Drive Continuous Improvements for the above mentioned systems
- Support the Head of DTC Solutions with the budget discussions
- Capacity planning for the entire reporting line
- Oversee code quality, define Coding Standards and guidelines
- Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership, business process owner, and service owners
- Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles, and guidelines
