Trade Marketing Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving CYBEX's commercial success across retail and e-commerce partners. The position bridges Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a consistent brand presence, optimized retail performance, and data-driven strategies that support year-over-year growth.
Requirements
- Analyze sell-in and sell-through performance across retail partners and channels
- Evaluate YOY sales plans and forecasts
- Develop monthly and quarterly sales roll-up reports
- Support the Sales team with data-backed guidance on assortment, pricing, and distribution decisions
- Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and brand presence at retail
- Manage all retail point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and fixtures
- Own retailer media planning and investment strategy
- Build and manage annual co-op budgets
- Collaborate with retailers on joint marketing programs, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align on strategic priorities
