We are looking for a Global Recruitment Lead to build and drives our Global Talent Acquisition Strategy (across EU & the US).
Requirements
- Design a global TA strategy with segmented approaches for tech, commercial, leadership and ops hiring
- Build global hiring standards: structured interviews, calibration frameworks, feedback templates
- Partner with and train hiring managers on effective hiring practices
- Lead and support leadership and critical role hiring
- Actively source and attract top talent for key positions
- Manage and optimize external agencies and recruitment vendors, including deciding when and how to leverage them
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality and efficiency
- Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience across regions
- Take ownership of our ATS (Recruitee) and ensure its effective use across the organization
