Job Description
Cyclomedia is a purpose-led organization seeking an HR Generalist to join their global HR Operations team, supporting People Operations in the US.
Requirements
- HR experience with strong exposure to HR administration, payroll preparation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to design and improve HR processes
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and bring new ideas to improve our Global People Operations Function
- Experience working with HR systems (HiBob experience is a plus)
- Experience working with Payroll system (ADP) is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
