Engagement Manager, IGA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager, Identity Governance to lead and grow our Identity Governance practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Identity Governance solutions and services to our clients, while building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Hands-on experience with leading IGA solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance processes including access reviews, role-based access control, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and compliance reporting
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
