Job Description
Cylinder is seeking a Registered Dietitian (Contract) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to members with chronic digestive conditions. The role involves providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) using motivational interviewing, strength-based care, and behavior change models, supporting members across a range of conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and IBS. The position requires working from a remote location and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- Deliver individualized MNT, including assessment, nutrition diagnosis, interventions, monitoring, and evaluation
- Support members in managing comorbidities, dietary supplements, and probiotics
- Apply evidence-based strategies to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life
- Document sessions in compliance with clinical guidelines and company standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of members’ Protected Health Information (PHI)
