Technical Account Manager

Cymulate is looking for a Technical Account Manager to own the technical architecture and integration strategy for Enterprise customers and partner closely with Implementation Engineers during onboarding and maintain ongoing architecture governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR/EDR, vulnerability management, threat detection, and exposure management platforms
• Experience designing integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration workflows
• Strong command-line and troubleshooting skills across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts such as Terraform and CloudFormation
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent
