Job Description
The Accounting Operations Specialist will deliver remote accounting services to RFMS and RollMaster customers through the Virtual Accounting Services program. This role involves performing recurring accounting operations within customer RFMS/RollMaster environments, ensuring accurate financial records and providing reliable financial statements.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of accounting experience such as bookkeeping, financial operations, or month-end close
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, journal entries, accrual accounting, and general ledger balancing
- Experience preparing financial statements
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct accounting imbalances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
