Implementation Business Analyst (French Speaking)

As a Business Analyst, you will work on the Spaces Flex SaaS product, a cloud-based 3D web design solution used for interior and exterior space planning, and collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their business needs, define functional requirements, and design integration solutions.

Requirements

• Conduct detailed discussions with customer stakeholders to understand business goals and technical requirements
• Drive requirements gathering and analysis activities across multiple projects
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures for integrations
• Support projects from discovery through delivery while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment
• Configure and manage technical aspects of implementations where required
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Support proposal preparation and contribute to customer presentations
