Product Owner

Cyncly is seeking a Product Owner to join their large, international Research & Development organization. The Product Owner will be responsible for transforming the strategic product roadmap into clear specifications for software development, planning, prioritizing, and assuring a clean product feature backlog. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software development and 3-5 years of Product Owner experience in Agile or SAFe Agile environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 3-5 years of Product Owner experience in Agile or SAFe Agile environments
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle and product management processes
• Proficient in Agile backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps / Azure Boards
• Familiarity with spatial design concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with genuine passion for quality and excellence
