Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the global WDG sales organization across APAC, EMEA, and North America, driving operational excellence across sales through reporting, analytics, pipeline management, financial tracking, and process optimization.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
- Experience supporting global or multi-region sales teams is a plus
- Solid understanding of SaaS or enterprise sales environments
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
