Control Center Operator

Cypress Creek Energy is seeking a highly motivated candidate to monitor the daily operation of a rapidly growing portfolio of utility-scale PV plants. The Control Center Operator will perform continuous real-time monitoring and control of Solar Facility performance, energy yield, and output.

Requirements

• Complete initial operator training program designed to prepare candidates to independently perform remote monitoring and operation of solar facilities.
• Closely monitor the day-to-day operation of numerous 2MW to 100MW solar projects.
• Respond to DAS Alerts, SCADA Alarms, and abnormal facility conditions by alerting appropriate parties.
• Act as point of contact for field technicians, remote plant operators, utilities, and transmission operators regarding performance, control, and schedules for solar facilities.
• Responsible for maintaining availability levels at each solar facility as well as following curtailment directives.
• Perform daily reporting of solar facility performance.
• Data analysis of underperforming systems.
• Aid field technicians with system troubleshooting and providing routine dispatch.
