The CyrusOne Training Team is looking for a Training Coordinator to drive the operational training and enablement strategy at scale. The role involves developing and delivering a successful and effective global training strategy, innovating on behalf of learners and organizational stakeholders, and ensuring site staff have the resources and knowledge to deliver in their role.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, or customers
- Demonstrated understanding of training creation, practices, and procedures
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
