Job Description
D-Fend Solutions is seeking a Global Support & Training Director to lead the design and execution of support and training programs for customers worldwide. The role involves defining KPIs, managing a tiered support organization, and building a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong technical background in networking technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in post-sale customer-facing roles
- 5+ years in a managerial position managing a global or multi-regional team
- Strong technical background in RF and networking technologies
- Significant leadership experience in either Customer Support or Training
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
