Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships within an assigned territory.

Requirements

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Delivery runs to customers for the branch as needed
• Visit customers at their locations to present products, provide quotes, and offer tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at repair shops, contractors, distributors, or industrial clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product lines and promote the right solutions for each customer
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, sales forecasts, product demonstrations, and training programs
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer communications
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
