Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a representative, you will be responsible for representing the company with complex customers, understanding their needs, and identifying products and services to meet these requirements. You will also participate in a leadership role, helping to train and develop less experienced members of the sales staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• Two years prior sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes and product standards
• In-depth understanding of policies and procedures relating to sales and customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy and tact
• Highly effective selling skills
• Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
• Proficiency in Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
