Requirements

• Completed education in the IT sector (e.g. system integration specialist) or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, network technologies and common IT hardware
• Experience in IT support, ideally in production or on-site environments
• Customer-oriented appearance, team ability and very good communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and flexible working hours
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills in word and writing
• Current police clearance certificate (not older than 3 months) required
