D-ploy is an IT and Engineering Solutions company looking for a Purchase Order Administrative Specialist with Spanish in Prague to manage purchase orders, invoices, and work orders, and provide ad-hoc reporting support to the Financial Analyst or Finance Coordinator.
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar position or financial support role
- Relevant experience/knowledge of GR booking - accounting in general
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel; knowledge of MS Outlook
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Working knowledge of SAP is highly beneficial
