Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Service Desk / IT support centre / 1st/2nd line support
- Working knowledge of office automation products and generally used software
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Fluent English & Czech or Slovak (spoken & written); German is a plus
