Job Description
Assist the Superintendent with the management of the community job site, providing excellent customer service, and enforcing safety standards.
Requirements
- Inspect each home daily to assure the quality of workmanship and ensure all work is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Schedule and walk all inspections with inspectors
- Enforce the site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with company standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations
- Provide a superior level of customer service during all phases of construction
