Requirements
- Provide phone, webchat, and in-person support to end users and external vendors
- Research and resolve basic network, hardware, and software application issues
- Document and track IT issues using a help desk tracking application
- Communicate with users while working on issues and ensure timely completion
- Perform end user computer refreshes
- Complete work orders and document troubleshooting processes
