Job Description
Cottingham & Butler is looking to add an IT Help Desk Specialist to their team, responsible for technical support for employees in office and working from home.
Requirements
- Answer, log, and troubleshoot all help desk calls
- Procure, deploy, and inventory desktop hardware and software
- Consult with end-users to identify cellular device needs and make recommendations
