IT Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide onsite technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work efficiently within a team.

Requirements

• Regular, reliable attendance
• A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications preferred but not required
• 1-year experience in similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a team
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
• Bilingual a plus
