Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Loan Processor to process mortgage loans and provide customer service. The right candidate will oversee file receipt, review documentation, and submit files to underwriting. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, attending meetings, and reconciling fee summaries.
Requirements
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
