Loan Processor

Loan Processor needed to process mortgage loans and provide customer service to builders and homebuyers. Responsible for reviewing files, submitting to underwriting, and maintaining accurate communication logs.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from college or technical school
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
