Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Loan Processor to process mortgage loans and provide customer service to builders and homebuyers. The right candidate will have a one-year certificate from college or technical school and three to six months of related experience and/or training.
Requirements
- Oversee the receipt of a file from a Loan Officer through Final Approval
- Submit all files to a DHI Underwriter at your Regional Underwriting Center
- Review Loan Processor, Project to Close, and Timeline Exception reports daily
- Reconcile the Fee Summary Sheet
