D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads to onsite traffic/sales and provide a positive experience to potential customers.

Requirements

• Manage all incoming internet leads
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments
• Enter and update information in a customer management database
• Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads
• Generate monthly sales and marketing reports
• Maintain current knowledge of communities and product
• Generate new customer opportunities
• Coordinate mass mailing lists
• Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
• Ability to work overtime
