Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team.
Requirements
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads
- Generate monthly sales and marketing reports
- Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
