Online Sales Concierge

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. The role involves managing leads, providing a positive customer experience, and producing sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
