Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Manage construction schedule and ensure quality product is delivered on time and within budget
- Schedule subcontractors, inspect work, and authorize payment
- Manage customer experience throughout construction process
- Maintain working knowledge of building codes and regulations
