D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage job site construction and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Manage construction schedule and ensure quality product is delivered on time and within budget
• Schedule subcontractors and evaluate their work to ensure compliance with building code requirements and company standards
• Inspect subcontractor workmanship and authorize payment upon thorough inspection
• Manage customer experience throughout construction process
• Maintain community cleanliness and ensure quality assurance
• Follow up with homeowners to address concerns and provide regular communication
