D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage all functions of the job site, including construction scheduling, subcontractor management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Requirements
- Manage construction schedule and ensure quality product delivery on time and within budget
- Schedule and evaluate subcontractors' work to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building code requirements
- Complete home sites on schedule, ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied
- Authorize payment of subcontractors when all standards are met
- Manage customer experience throughout construction process
- Monitor community cleanliness and ensure a clean and visually appealing worksite
- Manage post-close process for warranty and follow up with homeowners
- Maintain current working knowledge of all applicable building codes
