Requirements
- Manage the construction schedule
- Schedule subcontractors
- Complete home sites on schedule
- Inspect and determine subcontractor's workmanship
- Authorize payment of subcontractors
- Manage the customer experience
- Monitor community cleanliness
- Manage the post-close process for warranty
- Follow up with homeowners
- Maintain a current working knowledge of building codes
- Work closely with sales, customer warranty, and management team
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner
- Ability to work additional hours as necessary
