D2B Groups is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support client's HR initiatives and drive business success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a HR Business Partner or similar
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
